You girls are all so cleaver, not really in your league, hate to put in zippers, ( sis love that bag you made for Clare) and all the pins, where do you get the pins to start? I am so far behind you gals... Clair love your things that you make and I like ecru thread better then the white or lt gray goes more with other colors for me... And Butter rum, when I was a kid it was a favorite of mine... Love the white choc truffles and any good ( emphasize GOOD) white chocolate... YOU girls all ROCK... LOL Coming from a 76 year old lady guess you should feel honored... :-) Hugs Off to make my Rhubarb Jam.

Claire received a wonderful package of goodies. That needle book is so so cute both inside and out. I love the zipper case. The heart bookmark and all the other goodies are so nice. Claire I am glad you enjoy the swap like the rest of us.

Ladybug that rhubarb jam sounds so yummy. A friend of my grandmother years ago use to talk about making rhubarb pie, and she made the jelly too. I don't think I ever got a bite of it though. lol...

I've been in contact with Patrice and told her if we haven't heard from Laurie that I would be willing to take over. I'm just waiting for the go-ahead.

Thanks Karen. Glad you are willing to take over. I don't know enough about the computer to do it myself. Let me know if I can help somehow. Mary

Mary your Betsy fabric was really cute. It reminded me of a Raggedy Ann. Loved it. I was just looking through today's board and they have a link to all kinds of zippered bags. I bet this is where you got yours. I don't like to put zippers in and I'm a seamstress (was) but this is so cute I'm going to try it. Could be some Christmas gifts.

Karen you would think that if Laurie wasn't up to doing the swap she would let someone know. Fingers crossed for you. Did you hear that King James is coming back to Cleveland from Miami? Everyone here is so excited. Not me I still don't like the way he left here for Miami. Now they are feeling the same way that we did 4 years ago. I don't watch basketball so I didn't really care but I did go by his house yesterday and Channel 3 was there.

I was doing yard sales this weekend and came upon these 3 cats. They reminded me of Laurel Burch so I just had to have them.

I know how Cleveland was so upset when King James left for Miami. I'm surprised that they are taking him back. But, like you, I don't follow basketball so I don't care one way or the other.
I LOVE the cats you got. Are they made of wood or poly clay? They don't look like fabric. Are they pins? Yes, they do look exactly like Laurel Burch. Too Cool!
