Lynnie, I just normally use images I find online and either use them as they are or modify to my liking. I think I searched for cat face drawings or something like that. I will try to find the original I saved and see if it has a link.

Pam, do you have the ability to download an image and transfer it to a stitch outline?

No, I don't have that ability. Most of the time I enlarge it to the size I want, print it, use tracing paper to trace and cut the pieces then appliqué them to the fabric.

A couple of years ago I took a quilted portrait class and made a couple of those. I used a similar (oversimplified) technique for this. You are welcome : )

Pam P what a beautiful cat you made for Lynnie. BettyJ I would love to see some pictures of the kangaroo's and my daughter saw the felt animals you made for your grandchild would love to have some. I also loved the bird in the cage.

lynnie-you can find something similar on Embroidery Library. Check out cat eyes or kitten face.

Nhnative, I received your beautiful card. If you can post a photo, I would appreciate it. I'd not, I will post a link to Instagram in a little bit. We have lots of painting and spring cleaning going on here. In fact, we have lots more then that going on. My DS fixed a major fix to my car also, and now, she purrs like a baby again. Also found out that my DD is going to give us another grand baby in September. Oopsy, that is a quick turn around from baby number 2. Lol.
