Ah, some photos to post. Today was dark skies, and I waited until now, with rain threatening, to go outdoors in the natural light to snap these photos. Each one shows aspects of the swirling silver rain that Nelco used to create the fantastic mini that she sent to me. You can see the silver sheen. And even her straight lines evoke the sidewalks and a street where My Umbrella Girl is waiting for the bus to take her to work... All Paper-Pieced, a technique that I don't do, it is a beautiful piece. I hope your computer screen can display the swirls. Love it. Thank you so much, Nelda, and tlambing, too. I'm really glad I was able to participate in this swap, seeing so many great little pieces of artistic work from all of you.

Fait Accompli !!!!!! The deed is done. Made it to the post office and mailed the March mini quilt to my swap partner Nelco before the Deadline expired. I'll send her the tracking number. Thanks for your patience.
