Oh my goodness I had to check out The Fabric Patch in Ironside, Patti (painiacs) you are a lucky lady.
The Fabric Patch looks like a fun place. We have only one Local Quilt Shop but I use Hobby lobby and Joann's for the most part.

I got a brief PM from Lori but nothing about her health. I hope she is well and hopefully "quiltnut4ever" will feel better today. Yucky weather here today..rainy and cloud covered. I need some sunshine!!! The snow is melting and now our rivers are rising and flooding is expected...crazy since it has been so terribly dry until now!

20 lashes with a wet noodle....I should have posted on Saturday as I had received my Swap package from Knitette. Such lovely things. Two shiny fabrics in silver and gold, Scottie Terrier fabric with matching Scottie Buttons and a Scottie Keychain, a super nice homemade zipper bag with a set of Alphabet pins to use to keep from mixing up blocks, a tiny little quilting book to savour about the history and legacy of quilting with pretty pictures of quilts in it and a Chanel No. 5 hand lotion. Such lovely things.....thank you so much, Knitette!!!
