I am hoping that my partner does. I will make 9 of them, just deciding which ones I did good work on colors with so can make the most of it. I am thinking I may put some lace inbetween the squares when I sew it together. Have to see if it looks good before I do.

Here is my embroidered crazy patch. Just one of the squares. I wish I could do all that hand work ladies, but my ability, tensions span, and hands just do not allow me to enjoy that part of sewing so I get the next best thing. Handwork is so special that you ladies that are going that extra mile, kudos to you in my book. That takes a lot of time and unique qualities. Give yourselves a pat on the back from me, or just a good hug.
Absolutely gorgeous!

Nice job quilter momma. I love the flowers.

I might just feel sorry for my partner. lol, somewhere along the line my extra mantra today turned into "everything but the kitchen sink". My mom keeps trying to rein me in. lol, but, I keep telling her It's a crazy quilt. Is there really such a thing as too much. lol, hmm, is there!?

Never to much when it is a crazy quilt.....unless you can't see the fabric anymore then you may need to eliminate that kitchen sink.

JuanitaBean PM'ed me to say that her DQ arrived, and asked if I could post a photo. Here it is! I had such fun making it that I made another one for myself. LOL!

It's decorated with vintage lace that I inherited from my dear Granny, vintage and modern buttons, a handmade polymer clay angel pendant, a handmade kitty cat bottle cap pendant, a beaded glass flower, and fancy metallic gold stitching. It was fun playing with all the fancy stitches on my sewing machine.

Hope the photos aren't too big! They're showing as 2" squares on this preview page. We'll see what happens! LOL!

Edited to add: Eek! They're bigger than 2" now, but hopefully they're not TOO big!

Moonrise! That is beautiful! So creative -- JuanitaBean is a lucky lady to get that.

I've not started mine -- am making a quilt for my neice's h.s. graduation -- end of this month -- must get that done first!

Love looking at everyone else's work -- some of you could give us a peek if you wanted!
