I love everything so far. These are great pincushions! What’s the name of the bird pattern? I want to make that one too! I am going to need a pin cushion room! It has become a bit of an obsession 🤪

The name of the pattern is Sewing bird by Gooseberry Hill. You can store your scissors and seam ripper in the wings area if you wish. That is the reason for the button, to hold them in.

I honest to goodness have lost my fancy pincushions. I cleaned up my regular sewing room and I think they are on the bed in the spare bedroom, buried under fabric kits I have put together. LOL!

Thank you so much for giving me a buddy to share my hobby with.

And thank you to our hostess for making this swap possible.
OMG that is just too adorable!

Default Post just arrived!

Hi Guys,

I just received my lovely sway from Linda (eyes) from the postman!

She made a fantastic ball (from Hexagons) that sits in a fab Jell-O tin. It is just such fun! And check out the goodies that she sent... lovely pins (that we just cannot easily get over here) and she made me a scrubber and dishcloth. I have to say the label that is attached to the scrubber and cloth did make me laugh.... hopefully you will all be able to enlarge the picture and read it!

Linda, thank you so much for being my swap partner... I love everything you sent!

Hugs

Caroline

You are very welcome! I can't believe the package arrived in one piece and is there already.

Hello swappers. I got my pin cushion in the mail yesterday from Caroline. It came from so far away and I just love it.
A sweet little green velvet pea pod. How cute is this?
Thank you so much, Caroline.
