"When did Christmas get changed to May 16th?" Holy Cow!!! I received my package from my SP Quilty-Louise. All I can say is AWSOME. Make sure you are seated in a comfortable chair to read all what was in my package. Ok Here goes.

I love flip flop "stuff". So I would have to say my most favorite item is the flip flop dish towel. It has Sue's Towel embroidered on it. Need to hang it where no one can use it. LOL. I also received:
Quilting Gloves--I need because I have cute my self before
Flip flop magnetic note pad--I will use that right away
Danielle Steel book that I did not have--can't wait to start reading
Cute socks that say left foot and right foot--hope I can get them on the correct feet
pocket tissues--always need these in my purse
brush to clean my sewing machine-it has lint on it right now
3 lint rollers-can't tell you how many times my DH picks strings off of my clothes
sticky note pad of graph paper-love it and have not seen it before
container with pins-love organizing things and the pins are definatelyneeded
butterfly journal-wonder what I will write in it-can't wait
500 piece puzzle-I think I will have my step grand daughter help me with this
4 pack notebooks--love notebooks-always writing something down
pattern for a mini table runner-can't wait to make this
2 iron-on embroidery patterns envelopes-lots and lots of possibilities for these
matching manicure set with emer boards-never seem to be able to find one when I need one
safty slicer to open packages-been wanting one of these
alyssum and salvia flower seeds-two of my favorite flowers
seam ripper-always can use these
several clips-love them
lighted keyring-love lighted things
lighted key holder-can put on my lighted keyring
needle and pin holder for bent ones--this is perfect and so cute
8 different fabrics--jackpot
a handwritten note
a helpful business card showing much need info on the back for quilt sizes
I can not thank her enough for all these great things!!!!!

Lucky me to have such a wondeful SP this month. Your generosity so appreciated.

Sue,

I am sooooo happy that you like everything that I sent to you.
Tried to find tonal and blender fabrics but for some reason I
was not having as much luck.

Those quilting gloves are AWESOME I have a pair by my machine
and anytime I am doing ANY kind of sewing on bigger projects
(larger than mug rug size) I slip my gloves on, they really help
with having control over the quilt as your are quilting it.

Danielle Steel has been a favorite author for me since I was 18 yrs
old (holy cow that is 30 years), very first book of hers I ever read
was "The Promise" took me 2 months to read because I spent more
time crying than I reading.
Have read ALL (or over the last 2+ years listened) to all of her books
EXCEPT for the last 3-4 have not got around to them yet, but I will
someday.

Very happy that you are going to enjoy your goodies.

The file is probably larger than 1.3 Mb. That's usually MY problem.

I am so EXCITED!!
My Secret Pal Swap packaged arrived in today's mail, Wednesday May the 16th & I just love everytghing that Sandi AKA: StarofMoonDancer sent to me. I feel like she has known me forever, as she picked out the greatest things to send me & I can use every one of them, too. I asked for a Flying Geese template & she send me the nicest set of templete's. She just made my day. She also send me a thread holder to sit by your machine that holds the large spools of thread & I so needed one too. She also sent me a 12' long 1/4" ruler to use for adding a 1/4" seam allowance to my fabric pieces. This will be so handy for paper piecing, which I love to do!! Her choice of floral fabric's are wonderful & I can always use new flower head pin's. Sandi you are an awesome swap partner & I appreciate all of the things you chose for me more than you can know. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!

I don't have REAL giraffes silly girls....I collect giraffes and on that topic....DH and I went to Ft. Worth Stock Yards today to watch the daily longhorn march down Main St and check out the historical district, etc....so, we went into one little antique shop and there was a taxidermy stuffed giraffe...life size.... I was mortified...where does one come across this????? Did it die at a zoo and you asked for it??? Was it in the wild and you wanted it???? As much as I love them and love to see live ones, this was gross!!

I know what you mean. A few years ago I had a dollar shop and my nextdoor neighbor was a florist and had fancy decor items.Anyway she called me over when I was opening my shop and said go look in her dumpster.(which was behind the stores) There was a dead moose in there. Now where the hel...did that come from????
