Uh -- I see a lot of heads; what happened to all the tails? I may have been a Cajun in a former life, but I'm still not up to sucking the heads of crawfish. But you are making me hungry ... and they are in season ... and it is dinner time ...

Birthday Girl, all my Cajun friends say sucking on the head is the best part of crawfish.
