I do hope everyone's packages arrive soon. I had a major wrench thrown into my life (needing to move in a rather short period of time with little notice) & my package is one of the late ones. I feel badly when that happens. I started working on the case long before partners were even assigned, but the final steps were held-up by me putting my family first. I'm excited that my partner will FINALLY have her needle case on Monday!

i asked myrecipient not to post the needlecase i sent her. i am now ready to start another in a color scheme that i am sure she will like, and i intend to get my corners even this time! first time i've made a needle case, but i felt it looked like the first time i'd ever sewn anything. she is wonderfully kind and patient and she shall be rewarded!!

nancia one Christmas I decided I was going to make my son a special pillow case that had a theme of planes on it that had the pics of real ones on it, for him to put in his camper when he was going on vacation to a fly in. Well, at the last minute something pulled apart on it that I seen right before we were to go to his house to exchange gifts. I told my husband there was no way I was taking that until I made a decent one. My husband hid it, and took it. After we opened gifts, my husband said, there is one more your mom made for you, but she didn't want to give it to you. He took it, and said he would always keep it no matter how many others I made. He said, mom remember when I first took pictures and you said how pretty they were, and you wanted copies, I said yes, he said well looking back they were nothing like what I am doing today, but you still have them. Well, today he is a professional photographer.
