I have been telling my mom about the swaps I am in and about the cyber sew. she wants me to make her a block everytime I make one! so in other words she wants me to make her a DJ!!! So if Alaskan Lady is shooting for atleast one how will I ever get 2!! LOL

Yay! I finally buckled down and started my blue/white and golds. They are going pretty quick this time. Doing 10 at a time makes it go by quicker. Much easier with a system. I've been trying to get to them and have been unable so now I'm a little serious, lol.

I think if one was willing to cut the block into quarters - like H-4 was - it could be paper pieced - the center square would be made of quarter square triangles and the diamonds would become triangles -
theoretically, I think that would work for the center part. The idea seems to fall apart for the outside "frame"

my SIL is already dropping hints when she saw the computer rendering at thanksgiving.
