    November Fabric Postcard Swap - Wacky Holidays

    Sign-ups begin for the NOVEMBER Wacky Holiday Swap. You will be making ONE Fabric Postcard. So choose a holiday from list below and design a postcard around it. NOTE: You have a month to send the card! Don't worry about actual date.

    My swaps are open to all levels of sewing. For a tutorial on how to make fabric postcards, please refer to my post in tutorials How to Make a Fabric Postcard. Please post pictures of the postcards you receive.

    *Cards must measure approx 4 x 6
    *Must predominantly be sewed and quilted. Embroidery by hand or machine is also welcome.
    *Must have some type of finished edge.

    Sign ups Begin 10-13-17
    Sign ups End 10-28-17
    Partners will be assigned 10-30-17

    also, i would like to get some ideas for next year's theme. Wacky Holidays was fun, you all are amazing creative thinkers. My thought was to assign two letters to each month and you could design a postcard starting with that letter. For example: January would be assigned the letters "A" and "M". You could make an Apple or a Mirror. or we could do artsy things like "wavy", "circular", "straight", etc. Let me know your thoughts.

    nhnative, i am driving thru salem and it will be a nightmare with all the traffic. they estimate 250,000 people visit "haunted happenings". it is a fun time tho. the city opens its doors to halloween festivities.
