Thanks Karen, still seems to be a lot of work to do but we are getting there. Had to replace the stove fan today and found a cockroach in the enclosed patio, they're coming to spray tomorrow. I'm getting use to the heat but seems like by 7pm I'm yawning and think it should be at least 10.
