You're really getting into this quilting..and going strong!

Everyone, I was the lucky recipient of Likethedog's very 1st quilt (table runner swap).
A lil birdie told me she was so nervous hoping to do a good job.. Of course I told her THAT never changes.. Or not for me..doesn't matter how long I've been quilting, I still fret over stuff. But not to worry,
I love everything I get, because it's made from the heart. Can't beat that- no way, no how!!
My only issue with the runner Like made is my ddil and dgd "borrowed" it, for my dgd's Frozen theme birthday. It was perfect! But, they're still "borrowing" it...lol.

You're a BAD influence...in such a GOOD way!! I've resisted buying that panel, but now it's like if I don't buy it I'll be letting you down... tsk, tsk..Not sure I could live with myself if I do that...lol

Sooo, I just bought 2 of them..LOL!
They should be in next week, I had to order them, as none of my lqs had them.

What's bad (good??) is my dh never says a word about what I buy. Then again I don't say anything about his hunting, fishing, woodworking habits either.

JuanitaBean that is a very nice mini quilt you received from Likethedog. I love all those fall colors that look like it's against a blue sky.

so many cool quilts being shown. I am afraid of the applique implied with cornucopia so I will pass on November but hoping I have tons of time which I will come Dec. by then its done or its not happening as far as gifts go so play time I will have again. yahoo! thank for doing this swap it was very much a fun time. I hope that I can do a snowflake next time (pieced not appliqued) or something winter like. I am a sucker for Christmas but the month will be so quickly to disappear that I think a winter theme might work best for me. who knows maybe it will be space ships only! Teresa you always surprise us with your little gems. cant wait to see the next one!

Jaba asked me to get her one if I decided to buy one for myself.
I couldn't disappoint her, so...

Here's what's really funny (I'm trying to see it that way..) There's another panel very similar to the one you got, I thought it was the same one, and I bought 2 of it before I looked closer and realized it's different.. So now I have FOUR panels on the way!! That's what I get for shopping at 4 a.m.
I have terrible insomnia, and it's really easy to online browse...but I need to halt the buy part!

Today is the mailing deadline. Has everyone mailed? I believe I'm still waiting to see "I received this beautiful mini!" From like 4 or 5.
