I just finished my pincushion. This is my first one. It wasn't as easy as I thought it would be. But my husband says it's cute. Pins don't go "in" too easily though. I had to make due, I didn't have any fiberfill and sand would have gone everywhere, so I tried batting. Doesn't work so well. But luckily, my pincushion has two purposes and the second one works just fine. :)

I can't wait to get started on this (when I get all my sewing stuff and machine out of boxes-moving). I will probably make a few and pick the best one for my partner :-D
