Each set can be different, but must each set be different? In other words, could I take 50 different fabrics, cut 10 squares from each fabric, sort them into piles so each pile had 50 different fabrics, and send you 10 identical sets?

Ladynredd, some ladies are cutting up scraps so they may have sets that are different. I'm cutting my sets from strips so all of my sets will be the same but with 50 different 2.5" squares. Does this help?

I got 31 fabrics cut, 19 to go... glad to have the extra time though with this being the first week of school, not to mention the fact that obsessive cutting gave me a back knot lol. Will probably have them all done and sent out within two or three weeks. Sorry to those who are hoping for a super early finish ;)

I would like to also. If you two want to do individual swaps with me, I'd like that. Right now, I am making scrap quilts with both 2 and 2.5" (separate quilts), and I'd love some more variety. And if anyone else would like to, that would be good. We could get a group together, but I'd sure like to swap with someone right now, so I can keep working on it. I like as much variety as possible, and I think I've already got one of each square that are in my pre-cut scrap drawers.

When I first signed up for Mariposa's 1.5" postage stamp swap I had no idea what I was in for. All these different sizes are so fun to work with! Let me know if I can help you 2 inchers in any way. :D

I've never done a swap here, so I'm going to jump in with this one. I have 8 regulars and 2 twists. I'm hoping to mail them out this weekend. It was so much fun to turn my scraps into squares with my go-cutter.

Barbara, It looks like you sent the perfect amount. What I don't understand is why it cost you $8.80 to mail TO me.... Crazy postage....My hubby just mailed a package for me to Mariposa (stuffed with 1.5" squares AND funky chickens)It only cost $6.05. Which is exactly what you sent. :D
