We have 11 sign ups so far! Hopefully a few more will join us. I haven't heard from quite a few of our regulars yet.

Had a beautiful wknd in the mountains by Yosemite. It would have been perfect if I had my sewing machine!

I already posted a message here saying that I was in again and asked if I needed to send my information again or if you could use the info from last month. (Message #9) I guess I should send you a PM, right??? :p

All signed up Karen :) TL it's the spool, just twists off like crazy. Do you use a net on it? Sounds like you had a great weekend. We went to a coed baby shower for our soon to be twin boys, so fun, and then we did a bar-b-que Saturday night. Another 5 weeks and they will arrive

Ahhh! I missed that Karen :) Glad you sent your pm! I was just joking really! you can post here about your swap anytime!

jaba lower you top tension to 1 and use top stitch needle #70 and 50wt bobbin thread. I have a Husqvarna Designer SE. The main thing is to loosen your tension to 0 and work you way up until you get the look you want. I also use the zig zag stitch on #1 width and #1 length. I use this on all my machine Applique with invisible thread. Hope this help you.

Going to the machine now and see what happens. Thank you so much, crossing my fingers :)

If it's the spool that is making it go crazy then try: putting your thread in a cup so your thread come off spool smoothly.

No think it was the tension, your suggestion helped I think. pic the way I started, 2nd is all your help but regular bobbin thread, don't have 50wt. Am I getting closer?
