My secret pal's package is on it's way!

My SS pkg is on its way.
Clue #1- lives way UP north of me.
Clue #2- her zip code adds up to 25.............

Right now its in the 70's where my SP lives and will reach a high of 93! It was in the 90's where I live today and so humid. I can't wait for fall!!

SP I mailed your package today not for sure when I will arrive but I will check and make another posting.

My sp and I both enjoy embroidery.

SP expect your package to be delivered on August the 10th (Friday) I hope that you really like what I put together for you.

My SP likes to read and lives a couple of states from me.

My sp lives in the same state as my sister. Oh sorry, I forgot I never told you where my sister lives. Beautiful state.

Well here I was all prissy and sassy about how quickly I was able to order my pal's presents. And. The post master only delivered ONE of the TWO. Now I sit and wait staring forlornly at the mailbox impatiently waiting for her second item to arrive so I can mail out. And now everyone else will be receiving theirs before I can even mail! Sheesh!!

But, on to the clues. My pal's state used to be called the Grizzly Bear State. But supposedly there aren't any of them left there! :shock:

Hm....well. I've been on a buying frenzy the last week or so, and have had packages delivered off and on all week. However, I received two beautiful fabrics, I do not recall buying.

We are off to a great start. Just so everyone knows, I am on vacation Saturday to Saturday. I will be in Vegas at a firearms training facility for the week. Hold the fort down for me!

I just about have everything that needs to go in my SP package. I should have it out tomorrow or Saturday in the mail. I hope she likes what is in the package!!!

I received a wonderful package today from my SP Armylady. Thank you! I got some beautiful Civil War repro fabrics and a pattern to make with them - love, love, love it! And some embroidery thread, a color chart and needles; thread snips; and more thread.[ATTACH=CONFIG]599238[/ATTACH]

I think I have everything for my SP's package, but probably won't get to the Post Office until Monday. I'm volunteering at a Civil War re-enactment all weekend - should be fun! By the way, SP, 279 soldiers from your county gave their lives during the Civil War.

I finished shopping today!! Will be sending out the package to my SP soon!!

Clue: My town is 2.17 times larger than yours ... It is currently 74 degrees in your town.

Mary I am so happy that you like it all, it got to you really fast, enjoy yourself at the Civil War re-enactment this weekend, Have you ever been to the Shiloh national Park there are all kinds of sites about the war there.

The item I ordered for my SP should arrive today, which means a quick trip to Joann's after work today and then I can put my package in the mail.

My secret pal recipient likes home made items so I have made her something I also really like.

I received my secret pal swap box from BrendaK today and I am blown away at her generosity and knowing me so well without really knowing me! This was my first secret pal swap and will not be my last I felt like it was my B-day and Christmas all in one. I have sent Brenda a heartfelt thank you message after receiving such I lovely box. Ok SP I mailed off your package today :thumbup: So since you live only a couple of states away it says expected delivery 8/14. So keep your eyes peeled for the mail truck. I also took pictures of what I sent so if you are unable to post pictures I can if you need me to.

According to tracking my SS should of received her pkg Friday. Did you get it. Huh? Huh? Did ya? Lol. I know weekend are crazy and I sometimes can't post till I say myself. Have a good weekend everyone!

My poor SP, you'll have to wait for your parcel, Mr Postman said it will take about 10-14 days to make it to you.

Well...I was wrong. When I started putting it all together, I realized one of your items I thought was arrived, was actually something I had ordered for myself. In looking at the tracking it should be here by tomorrow at the latest. I will have everything ready to ship out, so it will still make it by the deadline.

I'm thinking you probably know who you are by now, with others posting their packages, which are wonderful by the way!

Your hint, however, is: The Apple computer, Barbie doll, theme park (Disneyland), Frisbee, blue jeans and Fortune cookie are only a few of many things invented in your state.

She sent me an oven mitt, a note pad, a triple decker pin cushion,
some beautiful Fq's, a diamond shape ruler, some pattern weights,
a pattern for a cool bag (I'm going to try that!) and some flower seeds.
