Well, I forewarned you that August was going to be crazy for me and that I would be AWOL for a bit...
I need to go over a few reminders because it seems that we've had quite a few hurt feelings this month...please re read the rules if you need to...you MUST send a PM to acknowledge that you received a package from the person who mailed it to you. you don't HAVE to post a comment or picture on the thread, but it's nice to do...you MUST PM me and let me know that you have received a package...you MUST send the correct size fabric...sending 7 or 8 pieces that are smaller than fq's doesn't equal 5 fq's... you are welcome to send more than 5 or bigger than an fq but there must be at least 5 fq's....I'm going to chalk it up to the end of summer and the hot weather because we've never had these problems before and there were several!!:( I will be posting September shortly...

Brenda, you do so much for us and I think everyone should realize that you have a job and things to do. I say to everyone to be patient, alls good. Brenda, do not get discouraged because you are so appreciated and it scares me to think that you'll quit hosting this swap. Sewellie

I was informed by Jaba you were going to be running later this month I guess I forgot so I apologize if I was rash in thinking you were not doing this again. I hope to heck you do! I think I notified you that I received but will in the future make sure that its a first thing I do then I will post here. Chalk it up to one thing at a time for me too :( Anyone needing a care package Brenda? let us know if you do. I have receive smaller than pieces before and I hope that is a anomaly not a norm. I, too, have received smaller in the past....in fact, they were F8's not FQ's. I think what happens is people who participate in the F8 swap got them mixed up w/the FQ swap. But still, they should open them up and measure before mailing, especially if they are in both swaps.

we all make mistakes .. even ME! OMG its true. ok rarely seriously rare thing as I am darned near perfect but I think posting it here is a good thing to remind everyone about sizes. I forget everything. sometimes even what size a fat 8 is and a f4. I am in the booms which need f8s. its hard for me to think ok NO not that size (lol got it down there) then I even have to look up what size it was again and I admit it.. not the first time I had to do that and wont be the last.

Queen of 2802 sometimes gets quiet. She was in two other swaps life gets busy and she isn't always online so that might be what is going on. If tracking shows it got there don't worry.

Thank you for posting pictures. I keep forgetting how to post a picture also. I am so happy that you like the fabrics I sent you. Isn't this the funnest swap? funnest, hmmm I think that is a word. Oh well, I'm sticking with it. LOL!
