Snuck in a couple more while DH is waiting for the repair shop to call. The truck is supposed to be ready today! :thumbup:The repairs went a little over the quoted amount, but they're supposed to bill the at-fault guy's insurance company for the rest. Hopefully they'll pay it without a fuss. They haven't been the easiest company to work with!

WMUTeach's envelope was the next one I pulled from the bag. I opened it up, and what a fun surprise to find lots of oranges, as well as a little "something extra" (thanks!)! :thumbup: The pretty oranges got me to wishing I'd done a controlled scrappy with blocks made by color, but since the previous blocks were randomly scrappy, I decided to open a second envelope and mix the two together.

AnnieQuilt's envelope came out next. She sent lots of pretty pinks and blues, with some other colors mixed in (and an extra surprise - thanks!). :) I combined hers with the oranges to make two blocks, and I think they turned out awesome! This is going to be one super-colorful quilt, which is perfect, because I love bright colors! :thumbup:

AnnieQuilts - Go for it! I'm having a blast. :D It's not actually "my" pattern (meaning that i didn't personally design it), but it seems to work out great for candies. I especially like that the finished blocks, when sewn together, make a pattern that looks more complicated than it really is. :thumbup:

Went to post office yesterday with three envelopes. Already had the 70 stamp but wanted to double check. All three went through the slat, but one weighed .001 more!! Really??? Guess those extras are weighty!!
