I love those blocks put together. What a pretty pattern.

I love those shiny prints, too. My favorite is the blu-ish one on the left.

:)

I ordered some fabric. Just waiting for it to arrive.

OH...so hard to make a decision on the fabrics...Kona Bay has some awesome fabric, so does Robert Kaufman! Decisions, decisions!

Deb, when you gave the fabric requirements, was that for 12 blocks?

pattis47 01-03-2011 04:36 PM

Oh don't worry with decisions....just get them both. You know you will use it.....sometime!

Yes, it was for 12 blocks. I actually calculated the 6.5 blocks as 7 inches, the 3.2 blocks as 4 inches, just to give some leeway in case of mistakes. It will come out real close, so you may want to add a bit if you are skittish.

I can't wait til the 20th when I go to Carson City to see my doctor (2 hours from my home). I plan on a "Joann stop" before I come home. I actually pass 2 of them, the one in C.C. and one in Reno. I so can't wait!! This swap is going to be sooo much fun.
