The story is so real and raw for me. My mom fell last month, on Nov 22, (on my step dad's birthday). Because of her medication, Coumadin, the bleeding in her brain did not stop. She was airlifted to another hospital, but there was nothing they could do. I spoke to my brother and step dad over the phone (they were in Phoenix, I am in Seattle area)and we all agreed. We let her slip away peacefully. Tomorrow, Dec 18, she would have been 90 years old.
I miss her so much.

I feel so bad for both of you, it's such a hard thing to go through. I was there with my Mother also, it's been 19 yrs. but remember it very well. I am so thankful for all of the memories we shared, the conversations, holidays, etc.. You both are truly in my thoughts and prayers.

nope I'm think it was at Hancock's, that's where my granddaughter and I shop when she comes up. Could have been Joann's but not sure. It was one of those two.
