We are back in Ohio now, but I caught a killer cold on the way home. I have 7 more to do and don't expect to have any trouble getting them done.

Not sure I told this group but I'm retiring at the end of May and moving to WI to be around my kids. Since I have 5 quilts on the wall of shame right now, I'm not going to join another Boom until I get to my destination. I will be back (and I will be lurking).

My kids are around the Appleton area so I'm looking within 100 miles of that. Not to far for a day trip but far enough not to have the GDs popping up eating all my food on a regular basis.

You are a smart lady, my dd lives in New Richmond. A little over an hour from me but I have to drive through Minneapolis and St. Paul to get there. Told them when they moved they knew how I hated driving in traffic and would be a rare visitor. That was 15 years ago and traffic just gets worse.

I drive the I10 in Phoenix everyday to work. I'm talking 30 MPH during rush hour. I live about 45 minutes from work on a day that traffic is moving. Takes me 1 1/2 hours to get to work on a bad day.

Can't wait for that to end.

Probably won't go near a city for quite a while after I retire.

Getting pkg ready to mail to Janice, will send out on Friday. Going to get up to 87 tomorrow in Orlando.
