Your grandma looked adorable! Love her in that red dress. See, young brides today wouldn't dream of doing what we did, having a DIY wedding! It used to be the norm and now it's the rare occurrence. The amount of money spent on 'dream weddings' today is crazy. All that money burned up in one whirlwind day!

Thanks, she never had her own "wedding" so having her have such a big part of my wedding and walking down the isle in a pretty dress was important to me.

My niece just got married this weekend and she spent 37,000 on her wedding. Unbelievable.

In my area that is a starter HOME!!!!! We had a full sit down meal for 200 people and spent less then $3,000 for everything including dresses, flowers, invitations, decorations, building, food, cake, the whole shebang.
