A and D would make a 3.5" triangle. A and F is harder to figure... it would be a smaller square than 3.5".

Sewbiz if you have 2 corner triangles that measure 3.5 and you still need to add A and F, how can they all equal 6.5”. Totally frustrating

I can no longer see it. What I remember, tho, is that the center section is 6.5", so that leaves 3.5" for either side section, and top and bottom section. If you will email me that picture I can see if I can help you more.

This is for Marija. My first block in a block and I couldn’t resist adding an applique to the center. I’ve been using the book Friendship quilts the Hawaiian Way for inspiration. Only five more to go!
