Reba what a glorious experience you are having. Seeing these beautiful creatures in there natural environment would be so exciting.
Janice enjoy your walk with Ernie Ibex how did you happen to live in one state and work in another, curious minds are wondering. Hubby is hurting from his dental work yesterday and to make it worse he ate something that didn’t agree with his stomach. Probably best if we forgo the dance tonight and have a nice quiet day and evening Have a great day ladies |

Last block done and headed to the post office. This one is for AnnaQuilts. Every farm needs a barn cat.

Great heartfelt cat Hav4 - this will be one of my favorite quilts for booms - and there are many .
that thought brings to mind - which group of quilt blocks stands out to you? I am thinking of all the various fabric we have worked with - lets see, veggies, bras, cigars, beer, what else? |
Hav, good to hear from you. Your cat block is the perfect addition to AQ’s farm quilt.
USPS informed delivery now says MJP’s and WMUTeach’s blocks will arrive today. All swappers are either finishing up or their blocks are in the mail so everyone is accounted for. Woo hoo. |

Hubby figured out a way to shrink my pictures. This is the table runner I made my sister. I’m thinking of going with my 2.5” squares instead of the 3” they suggest

Nights and days are backward, here are a few photos from Kruger. Up again in a few hours. We also saw Lions, monkeys, warthogs with babies, and hippos. It’s spring here so lots of babies of every species.
The lions were in a video and hippos left the river with their young at dusk so we didn’t get good photos. Hugs!

All2pieces sent me two pics, one block for mjpEncinitas and the other for AnnaQuilts. They're below. I've added them and Hav's latest block to the gallery so it's up to date.
BTW, I wanted to bring to your attention another swap on the QB. It's WMUTeach's Birthday "Candy" swap. The candy is 2-1/2 inch squares. It's a year long swap and sign-ups will open December 1, 2024 for 2025. If you aren't familiar with it, I encourage you to check it out if you like using the small squares like I do. Check out the following page for the rules for this current year. They're in post #1: https://www.quiltingboard.com/member...321897-64.html (blocks pulled) |

Good morning. Just good morning. *smiling*

Good Morning as my teeth chatter. I take Roxy to dog park in morning and "her" friends meet at 7am. Today it was only 28 - but we went. She ran and wrestled and played tug of war while I chatted and sipped my coffee and tried to stay warm. So glad we have heated car seats!
Enjoy your day |
TG, brrrrr. That’s early and pretty darn cold! The pups never seam to mind but I’m glad you had your coffee and warm seats.
