Lstew -- prayers for your family as they heal. Problems identified can be worked with especially when there are no secrets. I am glad you were able to get down there to help. I bet those children were very happy to visit with their aunt! ((((hug))))

Lstew being available is such and blessing and gift from you to your family. I am sure that all of us have family "secrets" or at least problems that the family members only share among themselves. Being able to hold those confidences is a treasure and and honor.

Good morning! Quick note to say I'm working on the gallery while I'm at the car dealership again. No internet at home.
DH remains well after his ER visit. He's got a doc appt this week to follow up. Later, ladies! (Blocks pulled to here.) |
Lstew so glad you were able to help out your sister and your Mom. Gees I’m older than your mom by a couple of years. Sending prayers for your sister.

Lstew- oh the family dramas and needs. Thankful your mom was there to help but I am sure with that age span it is difficult. Hopefully your sis will get treatment she needs to go forward. Janice- car dealership WiFi!!😄 |
Lstew, prayers for your sis and family! Maybe this is the wake up call she needed to get her problems under control. So glad you could be there for them.
We had a family emergency too... Hubby's youngest brother in Baton Rouge LA passed out on the floor, no telling how long before his sister found him. He went to the ER by ambulance. They did testing that night and the next morning he was in surgery. He had a large tumor in his brain, and also a clot that ruptured (causing the collapse). We are waiting to hear if this tumor is benign or cancerous. If it's cancer, he has to go back into surgery. They are keeping him sedated, but today he was taken off the respirator and put on a machine that only assists breathing--he starts the breath. We are praying for the best possible outcome. Their father (my hubby's stepfather) also had a big brain tumor back in the 90's, and once they removed it, it grew back! They had to take it out again, but he died within a few years. So maybe these brain tumors are hereditary? |

These are my last three. I had to change over from my featherweight to the Baby Lock to do the zigzag stitch. After being in the house for over two years without AC and heat the Baby worked!! Was so happy I even recalled how to thread it.
Anna - Every farm yard needs a clothesline. Hav4 - I hope you like the colors = I think I have them right. Terri - This has sat around waiting for me to change machines. The middle star is not however your fabric. I ironed on the adhesive to the "right" side of your fabric instead of the back!! Jack could not help this one! Hope it fits. Now I am cleaning out the stash and finding what I still have. |
