Here’s my block for MJP. It’s my version of a Cat’s Cradle. I hope it will work for you. I had a lot of fun making it and despite all the small triangles, it ended up nearly perfect in size. I’m pleased. The pic is darker than reality.

Two more blocks to go! Having a lot of fun this round.

Love those mini quilts and all the blocks posted!

These are the two I made for duckling. The first is a yellow tone on tone. the second is all solids of various orange shades.

These are the last of my blocks. It's been so fun

Hav - this reminded me of butterfly antennae
Lstew - this used up the last of this cherished polka dot. Hope you like it as much as I do
MJP - a (somewhat modified) ribbon star for your christmas gift.

LAF, you’ve been busy! Love your blocks for Duckling, esp the second one. All those geese! Wonderful blocks all.

Rain is on the way today and tomorrow. Hope we don’t get too much of a good thing. I still have mild Helene-induced anxiety. But my plants will be happy as they need a good soaking.

Bibliostone, please check your email for a note from me.

Have a nice day, bloomers.

LAF grand finish, what fun blocks

Uffda that is a lot of triangles and you kept your lines straight Wow Janice. Great block.

Cloudy here and high humidity. Off to visit with granddaughter and family.

Enjoy your day

Just brought the gallery up to date. MJP, I'll retake the pic of your block from me as it is so dark. It's much better in person.

Reminder that everyone needs to check in and post at least weekly. Please keep up with the posts and acknowledge those made for you in a timely fashion. Thank you!

We got some nice rain and more is coming tonight we hope. I'm sure my little garden is loving it.

Mjp, here’s a better picture and I flipped around a few blocks that I had turned incorrectly. Didn’t see that until I took another pic.

Good luck on your quilting, don’t forget to breath and roll your shoulders

I'll remember that! Sorry you missed Hancocks. They close at 5pm, maybe that's why you missed them? I've never understood that early closing time.
The temps have been unseasonally cold for the past week or so. It's usually already hot here, this time of year.

Woke up to rain here, too. We've had a lot lately!

LAF, great blocks and congrats on finishing. The orange block for duckling is STELLAR!

Here's a basket block for you to fill with love when it is gifted as a charity quilt.

I loved how it came together so you can bet you'll be seeing other baskets too :).

We finally got rain in Western Kentucky, which was desperately needed. About 1.25" but we are sooooo behind it will take a month of Sundays to catch up. The lake water won't be very warm for the holidays coming up if we keep having 65 degree days.
