I don't even take my envelopes to the window, I buy forty 65cent stamps, put them on the envelopes and drop them in the slot. I've never had a postage due issue or a torn up one. Maybe this helps clear things up a little!

I fully understand the need at some of your POs to hand cancel. However, " my guy" is my next-door neighbor in our little town and does the canceling himself. He has a little stamp to do it with. Our PO isn't big enough to have a machine. Is there another machine it has to go through along the way?

Got F8s today from Charlotte Marie, Jaba and ssnar. One envelope had 45 cents on it, one had $1.10... its ALL about the post office. I can mail one in Fayette where I work for 45 but when i mail the exact same weight in Boonville where I live it cost me 65 cents or I get it back for more postage. No wonder the post office is in financial trouble! :) If I get any with postage due I just pay it and hope mine dont need more. It feels like Christmas when I get the mail lately! LOVE the idea from ssnare..where did you find material for ALL the state flowers?

Just got back from the PO and am sad......no envelopes today. Maybe tomorrow I'll be caught up. Sent back blocks today to Charlotte, dove911, Abby's Mom and Cyndi H. Still can not get my pics to load, don't know what I'm doing wrong. All of you will have to post on your end, or someone send me some detailed instructions on how to . I was posting on the other pages so hopefully you saw your names there. Yesterday I sent back to abonda, goldendog55 and scrapquilt. Rec. from charlottemarie, mosher92,sustraley and biblestone. Hope you all like the blocks I made for you.

All my F8's have been sent! If you don't receive one from me within the next few days please let me know. Seem that I had a brain cramp and sent 1 person 2 f8's. Not sure if I skipped someone :(.

I've received finished blocks from abonda and ljdugas31and they are beautiful. My finished blocks to you were sent on 3/19. Hope you like them. I will post pictures soon.

Just a thought ladies....This is only my second Boom, so I hope I'm not being pushy. Before I did Boom 6, I spent a lot of time looking over the great pictures posted in previous Booms. It seems like so many people are posting pictures only in their own albums that now if someone is just cruising through, wondering if they want to join a Boom too, that there isn't many pictures to grab their attention. There seems to be less Boomers this time and I wonder if this is the reason..... Just my thoughts.
