Well, I am back in town from a wonderful trip to see my nephew get married in Pittsburgh...so this morning I am putting on my thinking cap. Hope to get started on Grandma Di's Christmas candle dq this week.

'Brat, you always paint such wonderful word pictures...I am trying to visualize a "pig bbqing doll" quilt. Sort of a role reversal thing? Anyway, I am sure you'll make a shining quilt for Omalee!

No need to be sorry, Brat...hubby and I crack jokes about our "gunk" all the time. Anyone that hears us and doesn't know us would probably think we're awful to each other...but we know what works for us...and that is to use humor.
Here is a sneak peek of fabrics that I am using some of them in my dq....

Have to finish up a quilt that is going to Burma later this year, if I don't get it quilted and finished NOW then it might get buried beneath the mess I am currently working in LOL and it needs to be sent to my son so he knows what he leaves behind so the quilt goes in his backpack

I have an idea also... now to get it from my head to fabric. Hope to have it cut out this week so I can do some handwork in the car this weekend while traveling to see the grandbaby.
