I fixed my old machine!! I love Loving Stitches quilt shop because the technician there is a miracle worker. It's purring along now and just in time. I thought of doing the donkey paper pieced, but decided to go "conventional" piecing instead. I'm really surprised I only lost one little point. My piecing has definitely gotten better compared to even just a few months ago. We ended up busy last night, so not much progress, but I hope tonight I can get all my pieces cut out for the rest of my blocks (it's a goal anyway). And, thanks, everyone. I found a photo of a donkey with adorably long ears, and that really inspired the length of the ears on my block. |
Currently I am not planning to do this swap. I am so sorry as I have known for some time I will not be able to do the swap. I really enjoy all the work everyone is doing.

Sorry I am not in the swap, I only posted a comment about a BOM that is offering barnyard animal patterns monthly. I am enjoying seeing what everyone is doing though, love the donkey!
