Not a great idea for this swap as it's a bit exotic, but in thinking about farm animals, I remembered that there is a farm just up the road from me with camels, ostriches and zebras! Yes, in the heart of Kansas! :D

Still on the fence. Get it? Farm. Fence? Okay, I admit, I am the only one that finds my humor funny! LOL
What happens if I end up giving the same animal as everyone else? I think someone mentioned earlier about having all piggies? So so torn....but this is SUCH a cute idea, I want it to succeed....... |
Oh my gosh! I love the puns! Y'all are so amoosing!

Some inspiration. No cows though. I think a farm quilt should have lots of cows. Here are the cows! https://www.google.com/search?q=cow+...w=1741&bih=845 |
Those are great links for inspiration, Anna. Thanks!

Here is are some cute free animal patterns, some of them farm animals. They are felt, but it wouldn't be hard to adapt them for applique. I might try the pattern for a sheep dog she has. I love border collies!
http://www.downeastthunderfarm.com/s...tter-patterns/ I bookmarked this site too. The farm animals look like they would be darling on a child's quilt. http://www.freequilt.com/farm-animal-patterns.html |
NZquilter those are so cool. The felt animals look so life like. I honestly thought I was looking at photos.
