Fat quarter swap
 

Description: This will be a monthly swap. You will sign up each month and you can choose each month whether or not to participate. You will be given a random person to swap with and that person will change each month.
Each month there will be a different theme or color that we will swap.

**Each person will swap 5 fat quarters that go with the theme or color of the month.
**FQ's can be purchased or can be from your stash but they must be 100% cotton and they must measure 18 x 22 inches (standard FQ).
**They should be 5 DIFFERENT FQ's.

To kick off the first month, the theme will be Spring. That gives a lot of leeway for colors, patterns, designs, etc.

Since there isn't a whole lot to this swap, the turn around time will be pretty fast. Sign up until noon on April 22nd, receive person's name and address by April 24th and mail out no later than April 30th. Participants are required to PM me when they have received their FQ's and are required to post a PM thanking the sender.

Oh needlegrammy what an awesome trip to Paducah you will have...my mom used to go a lot and always enjoyed it! I used the swap for an excuse to go to the LQS this afternoon and pick up some FQ's and they had just received a huge shipment of fabric that didn't even have the plastic off!! YIPPEE! Had fun in there today!!

I have about 250 fat quarters laying on my ironing board
waiting to be ironed, and can you believe I do not think there
is a single one that looks good for "spring theme"?
Of course I only have about 1200+ OTHER fat quarters to
go through to find some that would be perfect for spring.
