Here's what I've been doing with the Valentine FQs. They are fabric envelopes (still need to add the button and loop closure) ...AND I've been commissioned!! I am making 8 for one customer and 6 for another. My first "order." Woo hoo! Now, I just need a name for my biz.

love those little fabric envelopes wonder will they hold a candy or money. if its the second um.. she needs one more to send to me!!! lol adorable little pockets and good luck selling more for the future holidays! make a bunch for a craft fair for Christmas! I know your saying CHRISTMAS? having done Christmas craft fairs starting in fall is like.. late. you want to do them when you have energy and are not rushed yourself with all things coming for you. so do them before and sell them then. Are you putting velco for closing them on? or is it a button??

Those envelopes are adorable!!! Is it your pattern or did you find it somewhere. These would be great for giving giftcards on birthdays and Christmas. Love to know how to make them.

Thanks all! Making some more today. Elisabrat, I am going to do a button and loop I think. I tried to sew the loops in as I went, but they kept getting off center or pulling through the seam, so I said forget it! I'll deal with it later. Hmmm...I think "later" had arrived.

Here is a picture of all the lovely fabric that oneteapot sent me. She sent me 2 very generous pcs of Valentine fabrics along with the 4 FQ's and a great variety of tea. There was also a baggie of heart shaped chocolates, but I was bad and ate them all before I took a picture.

I received my package from Jeannie49 yesterday. What a package it was! she even sent two packages of treats for my dogs! Boy, were they ever interested in my package and I couldn't figure out why, well, I soon fount out! And some teas. And wonderful Valentine fabrics and some extras of wonderful Browns and tan. She can be my swap partner any time! And I forgot to mention the patten--for a shopping cart seat cover for little ones!
