Fat Quarter Swap : Valentines! Reds, Whites, Pinks, florals etc.
 

Good Day to everyone!

Starting the new year we will be doing a slightly different twist to the old Fat Quarter Swap! So pay attention and please read through!

We will be swapping FOUR fat quarters not five. This lowers the shipping costs and should make this reasonable for everyone to do. That should be more than enough fabric to make at least one wall hanging or a table runner as a gift and surely if you add it to something you have in your little stash you will find you can make something even bigger!

This month we are swapping: FOUR VALENTINES FAT QUARTERS. a FAT QUARTER MEASURED to be: 18 x 21
cut your fabrics accordingly please! so your partner is not upset by this. The colors we will be swapping this month are: REDS! PINKS! WHITES! CREAMS! HEARTS! VALENTINE DESIGNS! CHECKS PLAIDS! keeping with the color themes please. Florals of course can be added to these mix's.

One swap per person. You are free to include a Valentine for your partner :) and 1 small treat if you like but that is not a requirement. the fabric however is :)

You must send a PM to sign up including your board name, real name, address and a phone number you can be reached at in case your package is not sent/received. You must send me a confirmation when you send your item. Per board rules if you do not comply with the above you will risk being banned from other swaps. Be responsible and mail in a timely fashion. If you have a delay for any reason please let me and your partner know why. This is important so don't forget it!

Sign ups until January 8th at noon. Names will be given to you on January 8th. Mailing by January 15th at the latest. If you cant comply please do not sign up.

ANY COMPLAINTS ARE NOT TO BE POSTED ON THE BOARD. You are to write to me and let me know what the problem is/was and I will deal with it. If you do not comply with this you are not welcome to play again the following month. Everyone has feelings. No one will be singled out for a complaint in public here. Remember that. Be creative! be thoughtful! have fun! post pictures when you get your Valentine package. share the different varieties of Valentines Day that your partner interpret. It is amazing the variety you will see.

Come on! join in the fun of swapping and making new friends. sign ups are only until January 8th! and I know there are swappers who maybe haven't tried this before.. give it a whirl! its a great place to see all the new fabrics and old ones that are out there. the variety is endless!

Count me in. Not much on Valentine theme, but reds, pinks etc. heck yes. I don't anticipate being in the hospital this year, enough is enough. So bring it on.

I would like to sign up also but I've been putting out too much in postage lately. I have to cut back for a month or two. It hurts when you live on a limited income. I'll be lurking on the sidelines to see what everyone received. Maybe next time I'll join in. :)

I've put a "no more ordering, buying fabric" moratorium on myself. I've got so much fabric as it is. I'm not one to make New Year's Resolutions, but this year I'm thinking that will be mine. And postage does really add up, too...
