This does sound fun, and a little spring (break) would be nice - pm on the way with those ( vitals). :)

Hope Lynnie and all in the way of the storm are OK. When it passed here it left us with a thin layer of ice and snow on top of it the next day. Today the sun popped out and it got all the way up to 32* which helped with the sun to melt some of the 1 1/2" of snow. 2 nights ago low was 7* tonight maybe 23*. Big difference. Storm didn't hit as bad as predicted. Hope the same for the east.

This is the first snow of the winter! We are spoiled. I'm glad it's a weekend. People can stay in and sew!

Lynnie, we have had snow all day then ice pellets then more snow, and white out conditions. I won't be out on the road until this is over. This doesn't bode well in the mountains with all the trees, winding roads, and back roads. So far though we still have power.

it's still snowing at 10:55pm. it's been snowing all day and we have about 22-24" now! it's not to stop till midnight.
it's super cold too and still blizzard-ish outside. We don't plan to be fully dug out till late tomorrow. We have 38 parking lots and only 4 plow trucks here. I have sewing and books so I'm ok. just made some chocolate chip cookies for my dh. He's a sweetie.

I'm done and ready to mail. I hope my partner likes what I made for her.
any idea what next months project will be. I just love this idea!!!
