Just wondering - in the other swaps the sender also gets one of his/her own blocks back - I think it would be easier to do that for this, too. That way all the stacks should have exactly the same squares in it. Say there are 40 participants - everyone send in 40 squares - I get one of mine back and 39 different ones.
