I'm glad you got yours, most of the time it takes longer to get mail in-state than it does across the country, LOL. I gave up trying to figure out the postal service, I now know that you can't put tape over any part of the stamp or they send it back. Thank you all for participating, let's do it again in the spring. |
I would absolutely love to participate in this swap again!!! :D:D:D

Seeing there is so much interest in another one I will make it official and start the new swap, look for the new post. Just a quick tip for those sending squares if you do 2 sets they fit well in the small flat rate box at $4.95. Look for the new post.

Hello, It was my first time doing a swap and I really enjoyed it. What about doing a flannel material swap?

I made up one of the sets of 5" blocks into a rag quilt for one of my great granddaughters. I think it will be a lot of fun for her to see all the different fabrics. I certainly had a ball making it for her

I never thought to do a rag quilt with them, but yours is wonderful  On your alternating blocks, are the cotton or flannel ?
|
I used flannel and used warm and natural for the batting. It should be nice and snuggy. Thought it would be good for her when she is in her car seat or watching tv

That is so cute, thanks for sharing. It is so much fun seeing what everyone comes up with for ideas.
