And 1 question can it be a tone on tone black? Or does it have to be a plain black?

I bought more Kona black this weekend so I will have enough for sashing/borders too. Now to raid my batiks for some really pretty ones.....oh the fun!

Amazing!! I want to clarify a question that might be helpful to those who are making more than one set.


It is the Batik that is different in each set. For example, one set (all 6 blocks) might be a red Batik w/ solid black, the second set might be a purple Batik w/ solid black and the third set might be a green Batik w/ solid black, etc., etc.
