Hi Ladies. Popping in for a sec. Mom came through surgery today ok, was a difficult one though. They did an exploratory and did find several spots of cancer in her abdomen, so they removed some things and burned off some spots. Got to see her for a few minutes, she'll be in the hospital for 5-7 days as she can't come home till they get her back onto the blood thinners to prevent another blood clot. But doc is optimistic that the chemo should take care of what is left, and they put a second port into her abdomen so she can have direct chemo as well.
