Thanks for that vote of confidence Kif! How very sweet of you :) I can say however, this mini will be a "one of a kind!" I won't attempt it again.
I ended up getting a horrible cold on Monday and haven't touched any sewing since. (No germs will be transmitted in the package with the mini) my husband came down with it the week before and I tried everything to stave it off. I believe Zicam did help, because I was not nearly as sick as hubby was. Thanks goodness.

I just have a tiny bit of embellishment left to do on it and it's done. Hopefully it will be Hippity hoppitying its way to klaws on Monday:)

Well, I guess I have to be my butt in gear. I haven't even started yours yet. :( I'll try working on it this weekend and send it out the middle of next week.

Hello everyone. Hope you are having a great weekend. This weather has been awesome. My machine is working like new. I'm trying to get caught up now. Sure am glad I didn't take part in any f the swaps this month since it's almost the middle of the month. I'm so thankful my swap partners are so understanding. There will be a little something along with mini quilt. I was bragging to my daughter I was doing something different than a quilt block. I shouldn't have bragged on how fun and easy it was because today I'm stuck on part of the pattern, of course she doesn't know anything about quilting or sewing. Guess I'll go make something for supper and then hopefully when I go back to the sewing machine I'll have a light bulb moment. Wish you a great Sat. eve.

I'm working on my mini to send out. Always seem to be one of the last mailing but do get it out by the deadline! I guess I'm just slow these days...

Melanie, I love everything about this sneak peak! The colors and prints, the yo-yo and "sun" flower.....do I see a little glitter, too? I am SO excited!!! MizMelly is an awesome, creative quilter and I cannot wait to see what she came up with for me.

Unexpectedly and without pre-planning it, Melanie and I coordinated our shipping dates to be tomorrow. LOL I wonder if we'll get our packages on the same day?

I got such a pretty little quilt and goodies today from JuanitaBean, My mini is awsome,and she sent a woven little quilt also,and goodies!!!! Here is a pic, just look at the quilting and the petals are raised, It's beautiful!!!

And she sent half yard cuts of the 3 darling bunny fabrics. I'm so lucky..better yet, I'm so blessed! The friendships I've made here mean so much to me.

I am a numbskull. I just realized, TODAY, that leprechauns do not have mustaches. Kiffie posted (on another thread) the picture of a poster for a contest run in a town near hers for men to grow a "Donegal" beard for a prize. I made a mini last month with a leprechaun on it and put a mustache on him. (Shaking my head and sighing to myself.....can I blame it on old age?)

Sorry debbyg.....I hope the 'stache does not detract from his attractiveness.....I guess he is a leprechaun wannabe! lol

My partner debbyg and I have been in contact with each other. Since she cannot post pics and I can, when I receive her mini I will then post pics of both of them, so no sneak peaks from me. We will both be mailing ours this week. I am getting very addicted to this little quilts they are so much fun to make.

I received this little cutie from tesspug. A spring chic that I think may be strutting the stuff to show who's the boss. Very nicely done embroidery and then crocheted me a pot holder and this little bowl too.
