This is a monthly secret pal swap. There is a sign up every month, and you can
choose whether or not to participate each month. You will get a different partner each month, and the person you send to will may be different than the person you receive from. Failure to send your package after signing up will be cause to be banned from all future swaps. Please do not sign up if you cannot fulfill your obligation. Have fun and be creative!

After receiving your Secret Pal’s details, go to work and put together a package with something you think your pal would like. There is a $15.00 limit on this swap that does not include what you have in your stash. (This does not include shipping) Most swappers do not mind like-new stash items. Please send items you would like to receive. Do not send smelly, holey, or stained fabric. You will need to send me (hav4boys) a PM when mailing and receiving. This way I can keep my records straight. Also send a PM to your SP thanking them. This is an important part of participating. It lets your secret pal know you got their package.

Please take pictures and post in group as everyone likes to see what you get.

Packages need to be mailed out by March 17th, this is a Firm deadline. All International mailings must be mailed by March 10th Firm. If you know that you cannot mail by that date, Please Do Not Sign Up.

For international mailing it is very important that you mark your parcel as a 'Gift' on the Customs Declaration (there's a box you can check). Also, the value should be $10 only (even if you send diamond necklace). The person receiving the package is liable for Import Duty, Tax and a Handling fee. This can cost the person receiving as much as $40.

Padded envelopes are much cheaper to send compared to small boxes. These can be ordered free of charge from the USPS website.

I love it all. A puzzle book that my husband took right away. He said thank you. A packet of notes, Dynamo Fabric Catcher, 4 fat quarters . Wonderful elephant stickers (I love them)Hand sanitizer, fabric clips, a yard each of batik and yellow fabric, a delightful note book, last but not least a big book of sugar sack quilts. My secret pal loves a kaleidoscope of colors. Going to have a blast putting her package together. So many ways I could go with this one. She shares a birthday with my mom and my wedding anniversary. She also has allergies to my favorite pet.

Correction, package has arrived, and here's a pic so you don't have to imagine. Thanks so much, LindaR! Can you please tell me more about the scissors you sent? I've never seen any like it before. The fabric works perfectly for my current quilt, and I will definitely try the fq baskets and porch drop off some Easter goodies for friends! And the Ferrero eggs lasted about a minute after I clicked the shutter till I tried one.

I came home from my sewing day at my Moms to find a large package from Her.

Thank you so much Kathy! I love everything. I tried to take a picture that showed everything but it was hard to show the huge pieces of deluxe wool and the wonderfully intricate pins at the same time. I’m so excited to make one of the pin cushions patterns with the wool and then put some of those cute pins in it!

the scissors were ordered from "Progressive Products" online.....they are an industrial supply company but carry an extensive line of scissors and snips....I love the big blades on this type....so glad you liked everything

I have searched upside down and sideways and cannot find any thing with "Progressive" and "scissors" except some for some food prep ones, most of which have curved blades for crab and lobster.
