Hubby said I got mail!!! One package from LuvTooquilt and a package from Barri...I thought I already received Barri's so I'll check it out when I get home, which looks like a week from now. Maybe even not until the 20th, if Princess needs me, I'll stay here. I plan on some major baby holding.

OH OH OH Princess Lyla was born today at 5:13pm, 6lbs,7oz. 19" and has RED hair!!! HAHA... well, they said...BrownRed..but but, that's what I have, WOOHOO. :D

Sheri, Yeah on the Red head~ mine was red,well a strawberry blond, but always wanted a red headed child! Gotta love the personality that goes along with red hair! I am so excited for you, you snuggle that little one as much as you can, for all of us Grammies who don't get to every day! I am totally jealous, in a good way ;) I love the name!

Laughed when I read this and remembered when our first was born in 1967. My mother came to help us and was at the hospital when the Dr. discharged us. He told her in no uncertain terms that she was there to keep the house running NOT to cuddle and spoil the baby. She followed his instructions to the letter. Husbands fondest memories of it is that she showered him with homemade pies.

We did give her a break and let her hold him as much as she wanted.

I know I have packages piled up at home. Hubby is gone to watch princess golf. He'll give me a received list when he gets home. We have another week to mail. I WILL get them swapped and to you by the deadline!!!:D
