Got my name and will mail out on Monday.
Boy have i had a week, My computer died and guess what my hubby got me for mothers day. Yes a new computer! and he dosen't even know how to turn one on lol.

LOL!! maybe you could have a beach like we have not far from us...its a lake, and there is a part of it where people like to swim called "sandy beach"...I guess it could be considered a "red neck" beach...lol...I tease my wonderful dh that sometimes I feel like I married Jed Clampett...so, it would be our kinda beach, ah reckon....;)

Mine are going out tomorrow. #1. to a state with an upper & a lower. #2. to a state that has country roads & mountain mama's. #3 This one to a state that is the abbreviation of the Veterans Administration. #4 To a state that is well known for it's adobe homes. #5 this state had a gold rush.

My May FQ's are all in the mail on the way to there new homes.:)

Well,while I was off at the LQS buying fabrics for another challenge on here...of the UGLY FABRIC...so I can finish my quilt....and lookie what I brenda21....I just love all of the fabrics.....and the scissors....

I am aiming to get FQ's for 2 different people packaged today and mailed in the morning! One is going to Louisiana not very far from me! Another goes to Wyoming!

Well mine were supposed to go out today and then I decided to add yet another little surprise that I was tinkering with over the weekend. That left me with having to search for boxes to mail mine out in instead of the bubble envelopes. Where is a decent box when you need a couple? Finally found the boxes and got them packed with the fq's and the new little surprises. Gonna mail them first thing in the A.M. Hope the people getting them in WI and TX like them.

Well, My "pretties" came in just a few minutes ago!! And, I was just like a kid at Christmas...anticipating opening up that envelope...it was well worth it, here is what I got:

Received my fq from kiffie2413. she sent me some very pretty fq along with two extra with Chickens and roosters on them. Love them all!! I have not finished setting up my new computer yet with my camera so i will post a pic later. Thanks a bunch you were a great fq partner!!!

My first set of fq's arrived today. Thanks so much to Quiltymom. I love them. such bright colors and simple patterns that they could work for just about anything. Cant wait to find a project for them. She also included an 1 1/2 inch circle template. I am so excited to use it. It is my first real template. Yippeee! :D
