I would like to sign up for this swap but I do not know how to do piecing and I don't want to disappoint anyone who chooses a pattern wih piecing.

Robert, dear friend, I am so glad you weren't affected but hate that you are that close and that your grandchildren have been touched by the horrible tragedy. So very sad. Every time I see the disaster on the news it breaks my heart. I only hope those who lost their lives didn't suffer. God bless you and the kids, I will continue to keep you in my prayers. Linda

On a much lighter note, I received a gorgeous block from my partner, who is also named Linda, missgigglewings. I was scared when I saw the mail, her envelop was in one of the "sorry" plastic bags that the post office uses when the monster at the post office eats mail. Thank heavens only the envelop was shredded and my lovely block was fine. I sent her a pm telling her how much I love it and thanking her for her lovely work! She seems to be one terrific sweet lady. So thank you again Linda, love it!

I received this BIG FedX padded envelope this afternoon - only thing on the return label was something or other Hearing. Well I'm thinking I didn't order anything about hearing, whatever it is, it's soft.. So finally opened it, and there's a Strip block in it, LOLO and a note - "Hope you like a little whimsy"....This is the block from Terriamn. It gave me a laugh for sure.. Thanks Terri.
