Just poking my nose in to say that I received my partner's name and we are on opposite ends of the country. I'll be working on mine this weekend and mail next week. I've made numerous "samples" but won't post a pic because that would give away the surprise!!

I too have received my swap partner's name but no indication of favorite colors so I am going to make a guess and hope she enjoys her package! I will be mailing mine to TN next week!!!!

Time for more clues....If you were to add up all the numbers in the street address and the 5 digit postal code, It would add up to 45. It is going to the 2nd largest state in the US. It has 5 major cities. And my son-in-law graduated basic training for the Air Force here. :)

I've just about finished mine - it's my second attempt as, once I got the details of what she likes most, the first one suddenly seemed more 'me' than my partner I think. I hope she likes this new one. I'm umming and ahhiing about a couple of tweaks I might make but I intend to post it on Monday morning.

I totally discarded my first couple. One was the wrong color combo :thumbdown: and the second just didn't "look like" my person. Am now working on a new one . . . and if it works out the way I see it in my head, it just might be the one. Am hoping to get it mailed, early next week.
