How is everyone doing? Are any of you where the weather has started changing? It has not changed here in Florida. Hot and humid! Does anyone want to share a favorite Halloween memory?

I am in the north Georgia mountains. Poplar trees have shed their leaves and the Dogwood trees are turning red. Temperature has turned cooler 70s during the day and 50s-40s at night. Love this time a year!

Please bear with me. I fell and fractured my knee yesterday. I have to go to orthopedic surgeon in a few hours. I will have my husband mail out my postcard tomorrow. Every 2 years, in October, I bust something in my left leg.

So sorry to hear this, Boop! Sounds painful. Take care.

Favorite Halloween memory: When I was nine or ten we had an exceptionally cold Halloween that included snow. Given the weather and where we we lived, we didn't have any trick-or-treaters. My mom being who she is, hopped in the car and drove around town, hunting down any kid she she could find. She scared more than one child jumping out of the car and chasing them down to give them candy.
