Ok Girls ... I started this morning at 7:30 and just now finished swapping out the blocks. I just need to get out the vaccume and clean up the mess and it will be finished! LOL! Wow... That is all I have to say. I guess I better get myself something to eat. I am starving with no breaks today.
I will get them down to the main post office tomorrow by hook or by crook to beat that postage change up this week. Whew! I am so happy! I want to thank all of you who sent me nice little gifts for doing the swap. That was very appreciated! I love them all and they will come in handy for my quilt when I have time to make it. It was a pleasure to do this swap for you. It was so fun to see all of your work and ideas. I hope you enjoy your blocks and that maybe you will share your creations as you finish them with us. Oh by the way ... katvert and quiltmomma... they got here yesterday. Don't worry. |

I would sit in a chair next to mailbox, but there is to much snow so will have to just wait inside.

It was from a pattern, the squares were 3 1/2 and the 1/2 square triangles were made with two 3 7/8" squares sewed together 1/4" of a diagnal line sewn down the center and cut apart.
My blocks were sent out this morning.. hope theymake it in time. |
Jagsd3 YOurs made it too! Don't worry they are all swapped and sealed. I will get a wiggle on soon and go down into town to mail them off.

You smoke?! Just kidding. I saw that on the news and it looks horrifying. I will take the snow over fire anyday. You keep safe now. Looks awful to deal with.
