Quilting Bee Monthly Swap, June 2016
Whew, can you believe it's June already (well in a few hours). I know the list is short, but have had so many drop for a few months due to surgeries or family business. Hopefully, most will return soon. :thumbup: Welcome to our new Bee'ers.
Requirements: You will receive a swap name, and it is up to you to confer with your partner for theme and address. You will have ONE month to make one block for that person and send it to them. The blocks must be 100% prewashed cotton, 12 1/2" x 12 1/2" unfinished (12" when sewn into a quilt). You can make them in any fashion - pieced, appliqued, paper-pieced, embroidered, other methods - as long as you follow your swap partner's specifications to the best of your ability so their project can be unified. Please think carefully about your pattern and choice of fabrics, as some are not able to get out and purchase speciality items. Hi all. Just wanted to post a shortie about DLass. Debby is one of our newest members, but had to set out a couple months. She has had back surgery, now has pins and rods in her back! OUCH....She's not able to sit and sew, but is hoping to be back with us soon. Wish her a speedy recovery, I think it might 'make her day'. :thumbup:

I recieved my block from Cowgirlqltr today. It's fantastic! And surprise, it's the exact same block I sent her, with one exception, mine is red and white and her's was navy and white. Thank you for a great swap!
