Chuckling about your scissors, lynnie! I have 3 little ones that I inherited from DH's family. Ones a "Henry Sears 1865"; second says just "Sears"--third has a thumb screw think it's called a buttonhole scissors. I'd be crushed if one of these broke like yours!

Is anyone following the Quilt Along quilt blocks? Just wondered.

I want to do your patterns after things settle down next month. I'm saving them into OneNote so I can remember them. Right now, until June, I don't have the time.

Wow, don't look for a month and things just go flying on this thread. I haven't done the quilt along blocks. been finishing up projects that I have started so I can focus on something fun to do like that. Loving those crazy patch quilts and pin cushions. Adorable. And those bags, oh my goodness! You Ladies are doing great on busting that stash. I am getting back on track so will be able to get some things done again. Did finish a pincushion for the swap out of scraps and doing a crazy patch DQ for the swap out of scraps. So a little is good.

I took my tote with me to the hosp the other day and I got all kinds of comments on it!! People were oohing and aaahing at it and wondering if I made it!! I received this from my partner in one of the swaps on here.

oh yeah Kathleen, ha ha ha. if you want to be my partner next month, I may make another one. i'm still trying to get my swap partners addy from her. wrote her as soon as I got matched up with her. I think maybe she's on a vacation.
I hope that's all. hope she's o.k. i'm still waiting for gifties from a few side swaps over 6-8 weeks ago, so don't want to any more of them right now. I rush my gifties out to people and always get mine late. what kind of bag are you doing?????
