I GOT A WONDERFUL SURPRISE!!!
Have been out of town, but received a beautiful wall hanging from Donna Blansett. Sorry Donna, I threw the envelope away with your quilting name on it. The wall hanging has the most wonderful embroidered carasel (sp) horses on it. I am so envious of the fmq you did Donna. Haven't mastered that at all. Will post a picture as soon as I upload the pictures from our DD birthday celebration. Thank you again Donna. |

hi, rhonda. i pm'd that i had mailed mine, or maybe i posted here, anyhoo, i have mailed mine and it is headed on it's voyage southeast of me. i kissed it good-bye and wished it a safe journey. it will fly over rivers and ocean and mountains (i think) and dry land, too. i just wish i could deliver it personally!

It is hard when I am a member of a number of swaps to have favourites but I have to thank Grann of 6 for sending me one of my favourite ever quilts. It is simply beautiful and was so meant for me. I too have an embroidery machine and have made a couple of quilts with machine embroidery and know just how much time and effort goes into them......so thank you Grann of 6 for sending me something that I know has taken you hours to do....it is absolutely perfect.
I could not believe how well it fitted the one quilt hanging rail I have.....to say I am delighted would be an understatement....Grann of 6 you are a star ! |

A HUGE Thank You goes out to Everose for the gorgeous wallhanging she sent me! (along with the neatest pincushion - I added a few velcro dots to the back of it, and to the front of my machine (under the list of stitches) so I use it constantly!!) Thank you Debj, my hubby says it is so beautiful he might not send it to me! Well I think not! He is going to see if his niece can go by and take a picture for me! Then will send it in the next box! The post office is making out like bandits with me being in Oregon and him being in California! I thought I brought everything I would need but, heck the things I don't use often are the ones i have needed the most! So Debj if you can please post a picture, if not I will take one when I get it!
